Gold?

All day every day, all we hear about is Bitcoin, and how exciting it is. How more and more people are adopting it. Well, as I wrote a few weeks ago, I missed the whole boat on Bitcoin. The idea of it being anonymous was attractive, but the idea that I couldn’t hold it in my hand, had to rely on “wallets” with passwords, and the fact that I think they can indeed shut it off if they want, told me, I didn’t need it.

So yeah, I missed the 40K dollar run up. The question from me is this however. In China, you cannot use bitcoin for commerce. It’s illegal. Is there a chance that the powers that be, will declare it illegal to use here in the states, or in Europe?  A lot of people will tell you no, and give you reasons they won’t or can’t.

I argue that yes indeed they “might” and Probably will. The globalists are all about control. Hello…have any of you read the things on the World Economic Forum? How they want to absolutely change the entire landscape of the worlds economy? Have you seen their little propaganda movie about life in 2030?

Here it is on Forbes:

Let me grab just a few portions of it for you:

Welcome To 2030: I Own Nothing, Have No Privacy And Life Has Never Been Better

Welcome to the year 2030. Welcome to my city - or should I say, "our city." I don't own anything. I don't own a car. I don't own a house. I don't own any appliances or any clothes.

In our city we don't pay any rent, because someone else is using our free space whenever we do not need it. My living room is used for business meetings when I am not there.

Once in a while, I will choose to cook for myself. It is easy - the necessary kitchen equipment is delivered at my door within minutes. Since transport became free, we stopped having all those things stuffed into our home. Why keep a pasta-maker and a crepe cooker crammed into our cupboards? We can just order them when we need them.

Once in a while I get annoyed about the fact that I have no real privacy. Nowhere I can go and not be registered. I know that, somewhere, everything I do, think and dream of is recorded. I just hope that nobody will use it against me.

All in all, it is a good life. Much better than the path we were on, where it became so clear that we could not continue with the same model of growth.

Now think about this for a minute. The WEF wants to FUNDAMENTALLY change the global economy, from how it works, to some utopian wet dream, where there’s no cars, no pollution, things are free, but shared, etc. And you have to be REGISTERED to do any of it.

Do you really think that they’re going to allow an alternative currency like bitcoin get in the way of their control grid??

Are any of you familiar with Christine Lagarde? From the IMF she’s the head of the European Central bank. Want to know what good old Christine thinks about bitcoin? Let me show you:

In an interview at a Reuters online event Wednesday, Lagarde said the “highly speculative asset” has led to "some reprehensible activity," including money laundering, and any loopholes need to be closed, according to a report from Reuters.

“There has to be regulation. This has to be applied and agreed upon ... at a global level because if there is an escape that escape will be used,” she said.

The European Union central bank chief added there will be a digital euro, hopefully in no more than five years, according to other reports.

REGULATION. You can make up your own mind on what that means, but to all of you who think bitcoin is truly anonymous, and can’t be controlled, I have a feeling you’re going to find that not the case. I also think that when the globalists are good and ready, they’re going to launch their digital currencies and REGULATE yours.

How does that look? I don’t know. But they used their usual selling points including money laundering as a reason it has to be regulated. That probably means that any transfers you make with your “anonymous” bitcoin, is going to be watched.

Right now, if you go to the bank and want to take out over 10 grand, they have to fill out a form on you. Someone gets sent that report. All for your safety they say. Yet somehow I’m to believe that with Bitcoin, they’re just going to let the surf’s have their little anonymous playground. No, sorry, they’re laying the groundwork now.

Which brings me back to gold. Does Gold soar 40K the ounce like Bitcoin? Nope. It’s slow to rise, if it’s going to. But I can still hold gold in my hand. I can go next door and use it to buy something from my neighbor and there’s no digital trail, no paper trail. I can’t lose the password to it, it’s immune from being worthless in a 5 month electricity blackout, and I don’t have to rely on an exchange to sell it. I don’t need a functioning cell phone to spend it. Nope, just a good old handshake, you hand over to your farmer buddy a half ounce gold coin, and he tosses a half a butchered cow in your truck. It seems pretty fool proof.

So, again, I missed the froth of it. I didn’t buy it and I didn’t get to see it run from a buck to 40K. I’m also happy for those that did and made a fortune. Good on you! My point however is that at SOME POINT they’re going to have their say. They will reign it in. It might be 100K per before they do, or it might fall to 15K, I don’t know. But when Christine Lagarde says it must be regulated, and Klaus Schwalbe from the WEF says everything’s got to change and they need more control over how things work…just know that there’s a time when you should indeed “take your profits” and run.

Just a heads up.
